Refund Policy

We hope you love your Palmirá pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, with tags still attached and returned in their original condition.

Please note: We do not accept returns on certain items such as bespoke pieces or swimwear.

Once your exchange is received and approved, please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
